PLAY AN INSTRUMENT?
Come share your musical talents and abilities with our classroom during music time!!  The students are fascinated to hear and learn about different instruments our neighbors play.  Schedule a morning visit and come make music with us!

LEARNING TO KNIT
Now that we have mastered finger knitting, the children have begun knitting with needles during handwork time on Wednesday afternoons.  They benefit greatly in this early learning stage from one-on-one time with others who knit.  If you are interested in volunteering to be a child's knitting partner or have spare yarn to donate, please contact the school!

SPANISH INSTRUCTION
Our volunteer Spanish teacher, Bobbi Miller, has done a fabulous job.  The kids continue to work on their Spanish vocabulary and pronunciation.

SHARE YOUR STORY
Students are learning about their community and your stories about living on Glade Park (past & present) can help them better understand our local history.  come for some storytelling and a chance to be interviewed by our young learners.

*Contact us for information on how you can become a volunteer at the school!!
